Roof leaks have plagued this building since it was built. After several attempts to solve the problem with conventional roofing , Eric Bond, Construction Manager and Chuck Bell, building Owner, contacted Lyle Orth at Cool-Roof Systems to find a permanent solution. Cool-Roofs SPF system was the answer.

In addition to resolving the leak problems, the Owners report great reductions in energy usage.

SPRAYED POLYURETHANE FOAM COOL-ROOF SYSTEM

• A/C units were raised of the roof and fitted with new platforms.
• Roof mounted pipes were raised to allow water to flow freely under the pipes.
• Loose or delaminated roofing materials were removed.
• SPF crickets were added for better drainage
• Our Cool-Roof System was applied to provide a seamless insulated waterproofing roof.
