Cool-Roof Systems has SPF and Coating systems that are custom tailored to each building Owners needs. Whether the concern is nuisance water intrusion, ponding on the roof, major leaks or Energy Control, our Cool Roof systems can be designed to correct or eliminate the problems and provide the Owners or Managers with "Roofing Relief".
We offer both Cool-Roof and non-Cool Roof SPF and Coating systems for application over most existing roofing systems as well as new construction or complete re-roofs with removal of the existing roofing system. Tear-off of the existing roofing materials is usually not needed when installing a SPF system because SPF systems are very light wieght and are fully adhered to existing roof surface. (Each roof surface is inspected to see if it is excessively deteriorated. In the case of excessive deterioration, we recommend removal of the original roofing material.)
We work with a number of Key Manufactures like Solar Guard Coatings, Everest Coatings, National Coatings, BASF, Polythane, Icynene, NCFI, GE and others to develop a specification that will address your concerns and provide long-term performance. Working with these Manufactures, we can offer "Full System" warranties that range from 10 to 20 years in length. Our "Full System" warranty covers both labor and materials for the full term of the warranty.
SPF systems are approved over many different surfaces including Plywood, Gravel Roofing, Cap Sheet Roofing, Mod. Bit cap sheet roofing, single-ply roofing, EPDM roofing and metal roofing systems.
